The history of the Farm where we sowed our dreams…
When the Family Farsoni left Italy in the late nineteenth century to work in the countryside of Sao Paulo, they brought with their luggage a lot of courage and a dream: to buy a piece of land and make a life for themselves... and that is how it happened.
Sugar, coffee, beans, rice, corn and milk made up the Farm history. Years later a new interests touched here. The hospitality of our family and the famous water spring “Areia que Canta” (the sand that sings), which had already attracted visitors for its beauty and rarity together with the up and coming touristic town of Brotas, gave the farm a new direction.
Areia que Canta then turned into a touristic Farm Hotel. We still have our Farm production activities but now receive guests and visitors from all over the world with affection and warmth. This charming place is full of life passed down from our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and everyone else who passed through here. Welcome!
